The house is beautiful but for me moving to a warmer climate would mean access to a large pool and that pool definitely isn’t big enough, I know they had limited space and what they have done to the outside space is great but not for me I need my pool to go swimming.

I can understand everything, except the open plan bathroom. What do you get with that? Having a bath produces noise, so showering while someone else is still sleeping is probably not desirable. I mean, this is not the first time I've seen an open plan bathroom, so I'd genuinely like to know why the need for one?
